At a practical level, establishing Sustainability Teams creates ownership and we can train your Sustainability Team and wider team either online or in person, in the issues identified as important to your business. We will provide structure to the communication and change management process and help identify the minimum reporting requirements for your business given your location and business model.

You’re a small business with limited budget and time. You want to attract and retain talent and you want to show the world your business is not only about making money. You’ve heard of B Corp but not sure what it is or where to start - sound familiar?
We want everyone to know about B Corp, what’s involved and what to expect in reality.
Over six weekly one hour sessions, conducted online over google meet, we will walk through the online assessment for each of the five sections - governance, community, workers, environment and customer. We will show you how to navigate the online tool, where to get more help, what evidence is needed for each question and provide you with some helpful templates to get you going.
As a bonus, at any time during this program we will also provide an hour of 1/1 coaching to go through your individual assessment and provide helpful tips on how to achieve the minimum score.
This is an affordable way to get ideas and help from a trained B Corp consultant and know if this is something you want to pursue further.

It all begins knowing you want to implement sustainable change but don’t have the time available.
If you know B Corp certification is for you, Rejenerate can work directly with your team to understand your strategy, business model and goals, before we move on to complete the online assessment together. Once this is finished, we will create an improvement report and then do the heavy lifting for you.
We will become part of your team for an agreed period and help create policies, communications, employee programs and community actions to get you ready for B Corp certification.
We will be with you every step of the way.
As this may be different for each business, the duration and ultimate price is dependant on each business. As a guide, we have completed online assessments with key stakeholders in 6 hours and an improvement plan is approx 1 day effort for Rejenerate.

Looking for an engaging way to highlight the importance of sustainability in your business? During the online simulation, participants will be guided by us to collaborate to make decisions to drive sustainability, and must consider:

Time to impact
Balance between short and long term
Risks associated with postponing initiatives
Participants are increasingly disrupted by ‘events’ and ‘external influences’ that reshape the scenario and assumptions. Can they learn from their mistakes and begin to assess risks and opportunities differently?
Throughout the simulation, teams will see both the short and long-term impact of their actions.
Ideal for you if you want your team to see the bigger picture, feel stuck in silos and know that sustainability is part of everyone’s role.
Programs can run for half or full day and ideally with minimum of 3 groups of 4, up to 6 groups of 5.

In order to take action and build solutions, we first need to understand the problem. Climate Fresk is a powerful tool for providing a quality climate education. It is accessible to anyone and can be scaled quickly within an organisation or community.
The Climate Fresk methodology doesn’t involve an expert presenting information to the group ; instead, it requires all participants to take an active role in the building-up of the Fresk, becoming participative learners.
As participants link the causes and effects of climate change, they are able to take a step back and understand the systemic nature of the challenges.
Perfect for small or large teams, do this and then link up with an environmental group for your volunteer day activities!

As a trained B Consultant and Facilitator (through the amazing team at B Lab Australia/New Zealand) Jen helps businesses of all sizes make a positive impact on the world and become B Corp Certified. With a wealth of experience in both corporate and small business settings, Jen knows how to navigate the unique challenges that come with each. Jen is a true jack-of-all-trades, able to roll up her sleeves and do the heavy lifting, or guide your team to success.
In June 2022, after seeing the need for businesses to make more of an effort towards recognising long-term benefits so they can thrive in challenging times, Jen started Rejenerate. Simply put, it’s a small business helping other business implement change programs focusing on sustainability initiatives. She holds a Master of Business (Sports Management), has completed a thorough B Corp training program through B Lab Australia/NZ, is a Social Impact Fellow and a LEED Green Associate. Jen is a Climate Fresk Facilitator and still maintains a small presence in the corporate world and gently combines big business process with small business agility.
When Jen isn't busy trying to saving the world, several businesses at a time, she can be found on the hiking trails or hitting the pavement for a run. She’s a force to be reckoned with, both in the office and in her personal life, fueled by a competitive spirit.
