The person behind Rejenerate
I've been a conscious consumer for as long as I can remember — paying attention to where things come from, what they're made of, and what kind of businesses I choose to support. That instinct didn't stay personal. It shaped the kind of work I wanted to do.
More than 20 years in corporate change management and program delivery taught me a lot: how to navigate complexity without losing sight of the goal, how to bring structure to things that feel overwhelming, and how to get organisations to actually move — not just plan. I'm someone who likes a framework, a clear process, and a realistic timeline.
I started Rejenerate because I wanted to put all of that to work on something that genuinely matters, on my own terms. I walk the talk personally and professionally: the values that guide Rejenerate are the same ones I apply to how I run my business and how I live.

Most sustainability consultants can point you toward a framework. What I bring is something different: a thorough working knowledge of the new B Lab Standards across every topic area, and an understanding of what assessors are actually looking for — not just what the criteria say on the surface.
I've been through the B Corp process myself. I know what it feels like to look at the B Impact Assessment for the first time and not know where to start. That experience, combined with the technical knowledge is what makes the support practical, not just theoretical.
