Change Management Expert, B Corp Specialist and Eternal Optimist

I believe every business has the power to create positive change. My job? Making that change simple, achievable and profitable.

My Story

A pair of green rain boots, a green thermos with the name 'Jen' on it, and green grass in the background placed on a concrete surface.

I've always been driven by the belief that there has to be a better way to do business – one that values people and planet alongside profit. After 20+ years in corporate change management, watching businesses prioritise short-term gains over long-term impact, I decided to be part of the solution.

That's how Rejenerate was born.

Now, I help ambitious business owners transform their operations for positive impact. From my base on the Sunshine Coast, I work with businesses across globally, turning sustainability challenges into opportunities for growth.

I specialise in B Corp and Ecotourism Australia certifications.

Why I do this

I've seen firsthand how businesses struggle with sustainability:

  • Too many competing priorities

  • Limited time and resources

  • Overwhelming complexity

  • Uncertainty about where to start

But I've also seen the incredible transformation that happens when businesses commit to positive change:

  • Engaged, motivated teams

  • Stronger community connections

  • Reduced operational costs

  • Improved market position

  • Real environmental impact

This is why I'm passionate about making sustainability accessible and achievable for every business.

How I work

Traditional sustainability consulting often feels corporate, complicated, and disconnected from business reality. I take a different approach with a simple REJEN process that is tailored to you:

R - Review current practices

Assess where you are now and identify sustainability gaps

E - Engage Stakeholders

Involve key people, build momentum and set shared goals

N - Nuture ongoing improvements

Continually support, educate and reinforce your sustainability journey

J - Justify actions

Ensure every step is evidence based and aligned with your values

E - Execute improvements

Implement changes, monitor results and optimise as needed
